Site Manager (m/f/d)

As Site Manager, you will lead our radiopharmacy site in Berlin and ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient operations. You will guide an experienced team, strengthen collaboration across departments, and continuously develop the site towards excellence. You will:

·        Lead an expert team in a dynamic, growing radiopharmaceutical environment

·        Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement

·        Shape the strategic direction and culture of the Berlin site

·        Drive collaboration between Production, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance

·        Oversee production planning and site development in coordination with Operations

·        Empower your team to deliver life-changing products for patients every da

You’re a structured, motivated leader who enjoys taking responsibility and turning ideas into results. You combine scientific understanding with strong organizational and people skills.
You bring:

·        A degree in a scientific or technical field (ideally Pharmacy or Chemistry)

·        Several years leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry (5+ employees)

·        Experience in radiopharmacy or radiopharmaceutical production is a strong plus

·        Excellent communication and organizational skills

·        Reliable, proactive, and quality-focused mindset

·        Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
