Tasks
- Preparation of GMP documents related to Quality Assurance
- Support in the preparation and review of GMP documents related to Production and Quality Control, and verification of their compliance
- Support for department managers in the creation of specifications and in the planning of validation and qualification
- Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Participating in and supporting staff training on GMP documents
- Conducting internal inspections in accordance with GMP requirements
- Explaining and managing quality incidents
- Approving and archiving GMP documents
- Developing and implementing change control
- Monitoring suppliers and contractors
- Cooperating with other departments and branches of the company
- Participating in supplier qualification.
Profil
- Higher education in chemistry, biology, or pharmacy
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements
- Experience in the Quality Management department of a pharmaceutical company
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office package)
- English and Polish - communicative level in speech and writing
- Ability to work in a team
- Full availability
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Commitment, accuracy, good work organisation and punctuality.
