Major Tasks
- Plan, design, and execute experiments related to the development of new radiopharmaceuticals and optimization of existing synthesis and dispensing processes.
- Develop and optimize radiolabeling methods, synthesis processes and dispensing methods to improve yield, reproducibility, and robustness.
- Participation in the scale-up of synthesis processes from laboratory to production level in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Analyze experimental results, interpret data, and prepare research reports.
- Prepare and update development and technology transfer documentation.
- Support preparation of documentation for product registration process.
- Contribute to the development and revision of SOPs, manufacturing instructions, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with Production, QA, QC, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with GMP requirements.
- Participate in planning and execution of technology transfer of radiopharmaceutical products at other Alliance Medical sites.
- Participate in regular internal project meetings to discuss and plan activities.
- Participate in regular meetings with contract organizations to provide project updates via teleconference or on-site visits, as appropriate.
- Perform production activities according to approved written instructions and procedures.
- Document production activities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements (e.g., batch processing records).
Profil
- This position requires on-site presence with daytime working hours, which may be adjusted depending on laboratory availability.
- University degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- Knowledge of GMP requirements.
- At least 2 years of experience in R&D, TT or production department in pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in radiopharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address critical issues effectively
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and challenge current projects development strategies.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all organizational levels and proactively drive topics forward.
- Willingness to travel and work within a an international and partly remote team environment.
- Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
