Head of Quality control - Radiopharmaceuticals (m/f/d)

• Lead and manage the Quality Control department, including supervision, training, and development of QC staff
• Ensure all testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products is performed in compliance with EU GMP requirements
• Oversee and actively contribute to analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and other relevant techniques
• Approve or reject materials and products based on analytical results
• Ensure proper validation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of analytical methods (including HPLC/GC)
• Investigate and document OOS (Out-of-Specification) and OOT (Out-of-Trend) results
• Ensure proper documentation and data integrity in all QC activities
• Manage qualification and maintenance of laboratory equipment and facilities
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and Qualified Person on GMP compliance and product release
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee stability studies and sample management
• Provide strong leadership and direction to the QC team
• Ensure effective communication and escalation of quality issues
• Develop team capabilities through training and mentoring
• Manage external laboratories and contract analysts
• Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement

• Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Proven experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong hands-on experience with HPLC and GC (essential)
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of GMP and analytical method validation
• Experience with OOS/OOT investigations and audits
• Strong organizational and communication skills
